Notes on pressure transmitters
1: During the pressure transmission process, the following points should be noted: the transmitter and the heat pipe should not be leaked; the pipe must be kept clear, the deposits in the pipe will pop out, and the sensor diaphragm will be damaged. Before starting to use, if the valve is closed, the valve should be opened very carefully and slowly, so as to prevent the measured medium from directly impacting the sensor diaphragm and damaging the sensor diaphragm;
2: When measuring steam or other high-temperature medium, use a heat pipe to connect the transmitter and the pipe, and use the pressure on the pipe to pass the change. Before starting to use, if the valve is closed, it should be used when it is used. Carefully and slowly open the valve to prevent the measured medium from directly impacting the sensor diaphragm, thereby damaging the sensor diaphragm;
3: Do not touch the diaphragm with a hard object, resulting in damage to the isolation diaphragm;
4: The measured medium is not allowed to freeze, otherwise the sensor element isolation diaphragm will be damaged, resulting in damage to the transmitter. If necessary, the transmitter should be temperature-protected to prevent freezing.
5: When measuring steam or other high temperature medium, the temperature should not exceed the limit temperature when the transmitter is used. Above the limit temperature used by the pressure transmitter, a heat sink must be used;
6: Do not apply voltage higher than 36V to the transmitter, resulting in damage to the transmitter.
Analysis of the anti-interference problem of pressure transmitter:
1. The pressure transmitter needs to maintain stability after working overtime: Most transmitters will drift after overtime work, so it is necessary to understand the stability of the transmitter before purchasing. This kind of pre-work can be reduced. There will be troubles in the future.
2. The package of the pressure transmitter. The package of the transmitter, especially often overlooked, is its frame, however this will gradually reveal its shortcomings in later use. 3. What kind of connection is used between the pressure transmitter and other electronic devices. Is it necessary to use a short-distance connection? If a long-distance connection is used.
