First, flange type remote transmission parts welding:


1, the main points are LT, TLT, single far pass. Double remote transmission and density meter remote transmission parts. Before welding each type of structure, carefully watch the product task flow sheet and receive the corresponding product accessories according to the task list.

2, select 0.08mm thick diaphragm raw materials, different specifications and sizes, cut into square diaphragms of different specifications, and use the lathe to process the required circular specifications.

3. Welding the flange flat and the web. Before using the ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the flat and the diaphragm, after cleaning for 20-30 minutes, please wipe it with water, then wash it again with the clear house, remember that the diaphragm and the flat oil meter have no dust. The two parts are baked at a high temperature. The baking temperature is 60 seats per hour.

4. Welding the capillary battalion, selecting the capillary welded joint and the capillary of the corresponding length. The technical requirement is that there is no leak point after the welding light, the capillary flow is smooth, and the capillary welding is connected to the flange flat support to the position downhole welding, and the technical requirements are not leaked. point.

5. Then weld the flange to the flat bracket and the support tube. Firstly, the flange flat support and the support are welded together. It is required that the welding value must be fully welded. Then place the flange on the flat support. I select the flange of the live flap to be lowered from the support tube. Weld the live piece and the support tube. It is required that this weld does not need to be full of smoke, so be sure to be beautiful.

6. Select the method to select the special splint, and then weld it to the oil-filled capillary. Here, the welding can pay attention to the non-tick point flow through the joint, and then weld it to the position corresponding to the flange welded parts. The technical requirements are beautiful and beautiful without leakage.

Second, the table is oil-filled and packaged

1. Prepare the base watch and apply static pressure to the base watch 10MPA (except 3E). The selection error is 0.5%, and the base meter homing zero is accurately violated.

2. Install the base and remote parts. Check that the base type 0 seal is intact. Connect the base and the transmission parts with the four bolts of the M1DX85.

3. Check hole: It is stable by vacuuming from the filling port to 50pa. If it can't reach the leak with positive pressure, pay attention to the positive pressure and the deformation of the diaphragm.

4. Filling the oil to the connecting parts, and the light oil in the blood of the glass is processed at the same time. Note that the reading of the vacuum meter should be vacuumed within 50pa, and the vacuum valve of the US group vacuum valve. East valve, remember to do not operate other valves, pour the processed cassia oil into the test. Wait for the oil to fill the entire channel, and then use the oil in the clamp bridge pipe to press into the base table to make the gauge pressure inside and outside balance display Positive pressure within 100-1000pa.

5. Sealing: first use the pliers to cut the oil filling pipe twice and then cut it and seal it.

6. Test: Add E10MPA to the flange, double check whether the zero point changes, and judge whether it is qualified.
