The specific operation steps of intelligent radar level meter are as follows:
1) make sure that there is no pressure in the tank and no harmful media before connecting the open tank.
2) it should be clear that positioning and debugging can be carried out when the empty pot or the material level just covers the bottom of the pot. Positioning and debugging can also be carried out when the material level is less;After false echo storage, the echo signal of radar level meter can be optimized.
3) mark the flange to rotate a hole position, or turn the screw buckle 1/8 times, pay attention to the amplitude of vibration back, then rotate the flange or screw buckle, until the end of rotating a circle, in a good position to locate the echo signal.
4) fix the flange or tighten the screw buckle in a good position. If necessary, close the ring tightly.
Notes for installation of intelligent radar level meter:
When measuring liquid materials, the axis of the sensor and the surface of the medium remain vertical;When measuring solid materials, the sensor must be tilted at a certain Angle because the solid medium will have a heap Angle.
Avoid devices that create false reflections at the launch Angle.In particular, it is necessary to avoid obstacles in the 1/3 conical transmission area close to the antenna (because the closer the obstacle device is, the stronger the false reflection signal will be).
If it is unavoidable, it is recommended to use a refractor to refraction the false reflection signal that is too strong.In this way, the energy density of the false echo can be reduced and the sensor can filter out the false signal easily.
Avoid feeding ports to produce high false reflections.The sensor should not be installed in the center of the arched tank (otherwise the false echo received by the sensor will be enhanced), nor should it be installed very close to the tank wall and 1/2 of the container radius.
Avoid installation where there is strong eddy current.For example, because of stirring or strong chemical reaction, it is recommended to use waveguide tube or bypass tube measurement.
If the sensor is mounted on the nozzles, the antenna must be protruded from the nozzles.Horn antenna extension nozzle less than 10mm.
The length of the antenna connector is 100 or 250mm.The diameter of the pipe is very small 250mm.The diameter of nozzles can be increased to reduce the interference echo caused by nozzles.
About the waveguide antenna: the inner wall of the waveguide tube must be smooth, and the waveguide tube with the lower opening must reach the required liquid level, so that it can be measured in the pipeline.
The type of sensor must be aligned with the axis of the waveguide tube opening.If the measured dielectric constant is less than 4, a reflector plate shall be installed at the end of the waveguide tube, or the end of the waveguide tube shall be bent into a curve to reflect the reflected echoes at the bottom of the container.
After the installation, the PC equipped with MAT software can observe the reflected wave curve diagram to determine whether the liquid level gauge is installed properly. If not, the installation position can be further adjusted until it is satisfied.
