How does the pressure transmitter work?
A pressure transmitter that accepts a pressure variable，
and converts the pressure change amount into a standard output signal，
after the sensor converting it.
The output signal of the transmitter,
is transmitted to the central control room for pressure sign, recording or control.
Pressure Transmitter is a device,
that converts pressure into pneumatic or electric signals for control and remote transmission.
It can convert the physical pressure parameters,
such as gas and liquid felt by the load cell sensor,
into standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mADC, etc.),
to supply the secondary instrument, such as,
the alarm device, recorder, regulator, etc. for measurement and sign. And process change.
The electrical components,
that the pressure transmitter feels pressure,
are generally resistance strain gauges,
which are sensitive devices, that convert the pressure into an electrical signal. The most used resistance strain gauges,
are metal resistance strain gauges and semiconductor strain gauges.
The metal resistance strain gauge,
has two kinds of filament strain gauges and metal foil strain gauges.
Usually, the strain gauge is bonded to the mechanical strain matrix by a special adhesive.
