Introduction Of Steam Pressure Transmitter

  Steam pressure transmitter is used to measure the pressure of steam.Xi'an Huaheng Instrument Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.introduces that it is transformed into 4-20 mA DC signal output.Intelligent pressure transmitter can communicate with HART hand manipulator,through which it can be set up,monitored or compose on-site monitoring system with upper computer.The on-site adjustable intelligent pressure transmitter is a new product developed by our company according to the on-site requirements.It can be detached from the hand-operated device and can realize zero adjustment and configuration operation on-site by keystrokes.


  Precautions for proper use of steam pressure transmitter:


  1.Prevent the contact between the steam pressure transmitter and the corrosive superheated medium;


  2.Prevent the sediment from depositing in the catheter.


  3.When measuring gas pressure,the pressure take-off should be opened at the top of the process pipeline,and the pressure transmitter should also be installed at the top of the process pipeline,so that the accumulated liquid can be easily injected into the process pipeline.


  4.The pressure guide tube should be installed in the place where the temperature fluctuation is small.


  5.When measuring steam or other high temperature medium,it is necessary to add a condenser such as a buffer tube.The working temperature of the transmitter should not exceed the limit.


  6.When freezing occurs in winter,the transmitter installed outdoors must take anti-freezing measures to avoid the sensor loss caused by the expansion of the liquid in the pressure inlet due to the ice volume.


  7.When wiring,tighten the nut through the waterproof joint to prevent rainwater from entering the transmitter housing.


  Pressure transmitters mainly include capacitive pressure transmitter and diffused silicon pressure transmitter,ceramic pressure transmitter and strain pressure transmitter.When measuring steam pressure,the selection of pressure transmitter should also be based on actual working conditions.
